ENGINEERING, TOOL & PRODUCT DESIGN

With the Engineering Department as the hub of the operation, we provide our customers with imaginative solutions for prototype development, tooling and manufacturing. This includes low volume to high volume quality production tooling for punch presses up to 500T, progressive stamping and manual operation tooling. We also offer the complete design and detailing of dies, fixtures and specialized equipment (small – large mechanical assemblies).

All tools are designed by our Tooling Engineer; built and maintained in-house in our tool room.

Engineering is done using CAD software and CAD/CAM technologies. This allows us to supply our customers and suppliers with all necessary data. Supported formats are Autocad/Cadkey compatible. (DWG, DXB, DXF, IGS, etc.)
